First Signs of Bone Cancer


Swelling

Pain
You can experience a persisting pain which cannot disappear. In fact, it can get even worse if you make a physical effort. Likewise, the intensity of this pain is higher at night. If you experience this kind of pain, make sure to immediately seek for an advice from a medical expert.

Problems with movements
This difficulty occurs particularly if the tumor affects a joint, and this will cause problems in the performance of certain movements. This problem will intensify if the tumor grows on the leg joint. Furthermore, if cancer cells spread at the spine, they are most likely to affect a nerve and this will result in numbness and chills in the extremities.

Broken bone
If the bone is affected by malignant tumors, it can weaken the bone and cause fracture as a result of minor falls which generally are harmless. This condition is referred to as a pathological fracture and it is a lesion which affects the bone that has already had a bone or cartilage deficiency.
